Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an AI Content Designer / Video Creator to support a major public sector training and adoption initiative within the Ministry of Education (MOE) .

If you’re a creative professional with a passion for instructional design and a knack for leveraging AI tools like Synthesia.io and ChatGPT to produce high-impact learning content, this could be a great fit!

Job Highlights :

• Contract Duration : 3 Months (with an option to extend for a further 9 Months)
• Salary : Up to $5,500 / month
• Location : West Singapore
• Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Up to 3 Days WFO, 2 days WFH)
• Qualification : Diploma or Degree
• Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Start Date : Expected 1st October 2025

✅ Who We’re Looking For :

Technical & Creative Skills (Must-Haves) :

Familiarity with AI tools for video production (e.g., Synthesia.io) and scripting (e.g., ChatGPT).

Strong ability to script, storyboard , and structure content with a clear instructional flow.

Understanding of microlearning concepts and learner-centered design.
