About the Role

A globally recognised pharmaceutical leader is seeking a skilled API Process Engineer to support its active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for process optimisation, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Technical Support

• Monitor manufacturing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, including root cause analysis and CAPA development
• Review and enhance batch documentation, including SOPs, recipes, and manual procedures
• Provide technical guidance to operators and junior engineers on process-related matters
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency
