Job Description & Requirements

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven individual with experience driving teams and with a high level of project management experience, preferably a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.

Candidates should be able to oversee multiple projects at once across different teams and be adept at handling customer escalations whenever required.

Selected candidates will have to be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Duties and responsibilities of the job :

• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Managing large and diverse teams
• Any other duties / projects assigned from time to time
