support for Office / Accounts / Sales / Logistics / Operations

Maintain a comprehensive filing Systems & CRM

Databases

  • Handling calls, emails & attend to
  • Customers' Queries on Technical Issues

  • Issue Quotation,
  • Invoices & Receipt, Monitor & Follow-Up Aging

    Invoices

  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks

    Requirements :

    High Competence in Computer Skills and MacOS

  • Good
  • communication & Interpersonal Skills

    (Verbal / Written)

  • Fast Learner, Meticulous, Self
  • Motivated, Well organised & able to Work
