Gross Salary : RM 8,000 - 16,800 ( Depends on Experience and Working Skill )

Reports To : Director, Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering

We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role focuses on the End User Computing and Collaboration space , covering Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 10 / 11 lifecycle, Autopilot, DLP, and Azure AD. You will play a central role in shaping, implementing, and maintaining modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity, security, and collaboration across the organization.

In this position, you’ll design and manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem while integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud . You will also contribute to security operations by ensuring compliance, data protection, and best-in-class end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver innovative Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions.
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud and end-user environments across M365, Azure, AWS, and related platforms.
Support cloud migration from legacy on-premise systems (e.g., GPO, Citrix, Kace) to modern platforms.
Enforce security controls and compliance policies aligned with SecOps practices.
Provide hands-on support for Office 365, Intune, and Windows 10 / 11 devices.
Configure and manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and secure endpoint management.
Implement and optimize Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
Administer Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive to foster collaboration.
Proactively monitor and improve system performance, end-user experience, and device security.
Document processes and create user training resources to maximize adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows devices.
Collaborate with IT peers in security, networking, and support teams to ensure smooth integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 / End User Computing engineering or architecture roles.

Proven expertise in managing Office 365, Intune, Windows 10 / 11, and Autopilot.

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data protection within Microsoft environments.

Skilled at troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for end-user engagement and team collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with evolving Microsoft and cloud technologies.
