Mechanical Supervisor - GC TRADE & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervision & Coordination : Oversee and direct all site activities for mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and standards.
• Team & Subcontractor Management : Lead and guide site workers, foremen, and subcontractors in daily operations.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting : Schedule and monitor work progress, reporting on the installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Material & Equipment Management : Ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
• Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other trades to resolve technical issues and coordinate work.
• Quality & Safety Assurance : Conduct site inspections to guarantee work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to method statements.
• Documentation : Maintain proper documentation, including drawings, material approvals, and inspection checklists.
• Safety Enforcement : Enforce safety policies on site and conduct regular toolbox meetings.
