Summary
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP HCM solutions. You will provide consultancy services, specialize in ERP products, ensure service quality, and drive customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on SAP HCM expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve reported problems / errors; implement amendments and perform testing to ensure smooth system operations.
- Propose effective workarounds or alternative solutions, oversee solution selection, and estimate resources / costs required to meet business requirements.
- Manage changes to configurable items, including planning, identification, control, and audit of configurations.
- Conduct reviews and integration testing to validate deliverables before handing over for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain technical design specifications, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
- Create, execute, and document test packages to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP HCM implementation, maintenance, consulting, pre-sales, or as an advanced end-userProven expertise in SAP HCM modules :Personnel Administration (PA)Organizational Management (OM)Time Management (TM)Payroll (PY)Benefits (BN)Hands-on experience in IT incident and problem management.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes quickly.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering quality work.Tell employers what skills you have
