Restructuring & Recovery Consultant / Lead Consultant

As a key member of our Restructuring and Insolvency team, you will play an integral role in managing and delivering effective solutions for clients facing financial challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage various modes of corporate and individual restructuring, including Liquidation, Judicial Management, Receiverships, Scheme of Arrangement, and bankruptcy cases
• Support clients with crisis management and corporate advisory projects tailored to their unique challenges and goals
• Conduct financial analysis, evaluate clients' financial health, and develop customised turnaround strategies
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless communication and alignment
