Responsibilities :
Staff recruitment, training and supervising
both full-time and part-time staff
with staff and provide recommendations to Management for
confirmation / promotion
Handle staffing issues and issues between staff members
staff behaviour, etiquette and grooming at the workplace
Managing budgets
and making sure budgets are well kept to
Compliance matters
licensing, hygiene and health and safety

Promoting and marketing
