Role

At Clyde & Co, the role of HR Advisor, APAC drives the coordination and delivery of cyclical people processes and employee experience programs across the APAC region, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness. You will develop broad HR generalist capability while acting as a key enabler of process excellence in close collaboration with Centres of Excellence ( CoEs ), HR business leads, and local stakeholders.

You will be based in Sydney and will report to the Senior HR Manager – APAC Multinationals & Corporate based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

Manages and maintains the regional calendar for cyclical people processes (e.g. performance, promotions, engagement, remuneration), ensuring deadlines are met and outputs tracked.

Develops and refines templates, tools, and communications to support regional consistency and process clarity.

Partners with global CoEs and Systems & Enablement to drive improvements in employee experience and functional operations.

Supports onboarding, recognition and development events, ensuring timely delivery and strong local engagement.

Provides operational and coordination support to Senior HR Manager and HRBPs on process implementation and regional initiatives.

Enablement & Broader Contribution

Acts as the primary enabler of HR process quality and visibility across the region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.

Supports continuous improvement efforts in people process delivery, identifying areas to streamline and optimise.

Uplifts data hygiene, tracking and process ownership within the function and enables leaders to work more effectively.

Gains exposure to generalist HR activity to support career development and broader business understanding.

Skills & experience

The ideal candidate will :

have bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent (preferred).

have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

have experience in employee relations systems, processes, and local labour legislation.

be solutions-orientated and driven with an ability to identify and deliver pragmatic and commercial outcomes which meet the needs of the business.

have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

have well-developed EQ to be able to hold effective and productive relationships with senior leaders, specifically utilising skills in influence, coaching and leadership.

have meticulous attention to detail.
