Roles & Responsibilities
- Job Description
- Manage maintenance job site.
- Supervise workforce on site, to complete their daily routine maintenance work & manpower distribute & work distribute.
- Repair and maintain lockset / slider system on site.
- Liaise between user on site and office for job requirements.
- Maintain good working relationship with the user.
- Be the 1st point of contact for technical issue on site.
- Be on standby daily,to go to site for any technical issue at any time for preventive and corrective maintenance
