Job Description
Execute strategic digital transformation and intelligent hospital initiatives across clinical, operational, and building systems.Coordinate implementation of emerging technologies including AI, robotics, IoT, digital twin platforms, and autonomous systems.Support development of an integrated smart hospital platform connecting patient care, operations, and facility management systems.Manage programme coordination, vendor relationships, and performance tracking for technology projects.Facilitate cross-department collaboration and change management to ensure smooth technology adoption.Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable manpower strategies through technology innovation.The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare operations or technology programme management.Proven success in digital transformation, smart hospital development, or operational technology integration.Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to turn innovation into measurable value.Demonstrated passion for healthcare transformation, automation, and sustainability-driven innovation.Excellent leadership and communication abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale implementation projects.What's on Offer
