Human Resources Executive – 3 Month Contract – Immediate Start

Position : Human Resources Executive (Contract)

Duration : 3 months, with strong possibility for extension.

Location : Science Park, Singapore (5 days in office). Immediate start preferred.

Salary : Up to SGD 5,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee leave allowances and benefits, including maternity, paternity, annual, medical, etc., and maintain accurate records in the system.

Oversee government portals related to leave allowances.

Handle immigration and visa matters for the company's white‐collar and blue‐collar staff, including work pass renewals and new applications via MOM and SingPass portals.

Support the HR team with general duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred experience with Workday (not essential).

Detail‐oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
