Youth Work Associate | Up to $2.9k | 5 Days | Buangkok

Working location : Near to Buangkok mrt

Working hours : 5 days(including one weekend), Shift work(2 shifts, 8 hours / shift); 8 : 00am – 4 : 00pm / / 2 : 30pm – 10 : 30pm

Salary : $2600 - $2900 + Shift Allowance

Youth Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
• Involve in admission process.
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
