Drive capability development and coaching initiatives within the CentreLead the development of improvements on systems, processes andoperations
Review the coherence of Centre’s initiatives, systems and processesDevelop preventive and pre-emptive strategies for challenges faced byteam leaders within the Centre
Manage the budget for day-to-day operations in the CentreLead Centre to develop Centre strategic priorities, culture andgovernance
Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of continuouslearning within the Centre
Drive buy-in on vision, mission and values within the CentreDrive initiative and enterprise within the CentreDrive the design of quality teaching and learning approaches beyond theCentre level
Drive the enhancement of learning needs assessment processes andstructures
Align children engagement strategies in accordance with Centre policiesDrive the development of quality classroom management strategies inaccordance with leading practices beyond the Centre level
Evaluate improvements made to enhance quality of learning environmentAdvocate the importance of appropriate health, safety, nutritional andhygiene standards and procedures beyond the Centre level
Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools andassistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector
Inculcate a culture of collaboration within the CentreLead the strategic design of partnerships and collaborations with familiesand community stakeholders within the Centre
Model professionalism when collaborating with families and communitystakeholders within the Centre
Represent the Centre to build business relationshipsDesign Centre initiatives, families and community programmes andInitiatives
Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of mentoring withinthe Cluster
Drive professional development, training, workshops, educationalinitiatives and service quality improvement of professionals
