Green-focused Singapore landlord needs a hands-on Retail Centre Manager (ops / facilities background) to run a flagship mall—drive uptime, tenants, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Lead daily mall operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimal functionality across all building systems.Direct preventive and corrective maintenance, engineering, and facilities programmes to uphold premium standards.Develop and execute leasing strategies that attract and retain high-value tenants aligned with the mall's market positioning.Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and strategic partners; conduct regular performance reviews and expansion discussions.Prepare and implement the annual Asset Plan, targeting revenue growth, cost optimisation, and long-term asset value enhancement.Partner with senior management on repositioning initiatives, redevelopment projects, and tenancy mix optimisation.Collaborate with the Asset Management team on financial feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and approval submissions.Oversee seamless delivery of refurbishment and redevelopment works, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion that meets desired market positioning.Requirements
3–5 yrs mall / retail centre mgmt; ops or engineering degree / core trade.Proven track record running facilities, leading maintenance teams, lifting uptime.Deal-making savvy : leasing wins, tenant curation, footfall & sales growth.Sharp negotiator; clear communicator with retailers, contractors, investors.Data-driven strategist who spots issues early and fixes them fast.For more information about this role, please contact Alex Beattie at or
