How you succeed
This role will be part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team. The role will be responsible for driving the Mental Wellness and Employee Medical / Insurance portfolio. He / she will be required to support the administration of Employee Share Plan. He / she will also be required to work closely with external vendors.
What you do
Employee Medical Benefits / Insurance
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Develop dashboards on benefits utilisation and vendor service level monitoring
Work with Medical Panel / Insurance Provider on issue resolution and process improvement initiatives
Address employee queries / escalations related to benefits
Ensure seamless and efficient benefits operations
Perform vendor governance for risk management and service management as required
Manage contract / annual insurance renewal and negotiations
Manage annual enrolment of insurances
Process work injury compensation as required
Employee Mental Wellness Initiatives
Drive Groupwide mental wellness plan and implement initiatives
Develop metrics and dashboard to track utilisation and success of mental wellness initiatives
Drive contract renewal, governance for EAP vendor
Conduct vendor due diligence / performance monitoring
Employee Share Plan Administration Support
Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrolment exercise
Support regulatory reporting and disclosures
Support ongoing ESPP administration as a checker
Others
Manage budget projection and utilisation for Medical / Insurance / Mental Wellness benefits
Process related bills and cost charging to Business Units
Support implementation of new HR core system
May be required to support other ad hoc projects in benefits team

Qualifications
Who you are
Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations
Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong attention to details with good project management skills.
Meticulous, analytical and numerate.
Proficient in excel, dashboard creation and powerpoint.
Team-player with good communication skills and the ability to engage and partner with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
Proactive in initiating and recommending changes in order to improve existing processes.
