Job description

Carry out routing daily checklist forcritical equipment

Supervise and supervisionof regular vendor to carry out preventive maintenance.

Must have knowledge and background of ACMV, chiller,cooling tower and air compressor.

Monitoringof BMS (building monitoring system)

Willing tolearn security system such as CCTV and card readeraccess.

Able to use computer to create powerpoint, excel sheet and Microsoft work and outlook.

First contact to response user request such as powertrip, water leak, plumbing and sanitary, provide printer paperdeliver, adjust door, light replacement, etc.

To support event set up table, chairs, and PAsystem.

Self-motivate and self-initiative totroubleshooting to sort out defeat to reinstate with shortestpossible time.

Able to manage and recorddocumentation such as material inventory, check listetc.

Carry out emergency generator and firepump test run, PA system testing by weekly basic.

Able to work flexible working hours with over time ifrequired.

Requirements :

Min NITEC in Engineering with at least 2 years ofexperience of facilities experience in a semiconenvironment.
Able to work in aTeam
