Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• To assist, update, upgrade and maintain mainly on Building Projects Management Policy / SOP
• To monitor on the status of assigned projects' daily operation for compliances with contractual requirements
• To problem spotting, attend to requisitions and problem solving – more on compliances and technology, methodology
• To liaise with external stakeholder(s), if any
• Other assignments

Qualification :

a)  Qualification - Minimum PE Board recognized Engineering degree, Master or above preferred

b) Working experiences - Minimum 8 years working years and 5 years involved in project management key roles, large scale project(s) preferred

c) Language - Advanced English and Mandarin in both writing and communication to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

d) Have work experience of using Digital platforms in project / site management

e) Able to work independently, willing to work under stress with passionate attitude

f) Good teamwork

g) Good attitude to learn and growth

h) Good attitude to work hybrid inclusive of site work participation

i)  Good communication skills
