Founded in 2015, KK Group is a leading fashion retail enterprise in China with a strong multi-brand strategy. The Group owns three core brands – KKV, The Colorist, and X11 . Today, we operate 1,000+ stores across six countries, with rapid expansion into Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore).

As our core brand, KKV embraces the philosophy of “exploring 100 lifestyles”, offering over 20,000 SKUs across eight categories such as trendy toys, home goods, daily essentials, cosmetics, and more — while continuously exploring new product possibilities.

In Singapore, we currently operate 3 stores (JEM, Tiong Bahru Plaza, and Bedok Mall) , and we will be expanding to 10 stores by Nov / Dec 2025 . To support this exciting growth, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

❤️ Able to start work in November / December, or willing to be deployed to other KKV stores first for training for immediate starters

6 days work week for store crews; 44 hours per week
Able to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays, across three shifts :

Morning Shift : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (1-hour break)

Afternoon Shift : 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 30 PM (1-hour break)

Closing Shift : 12 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM (1-hour break)

❤️Store Crews (Full Time / Part Time)

As a Store Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering great customer experiences and supporting daily store operations. This is a hands-on role suited for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy retail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and provide excellent service.

Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Ensure shelves are tidy, stocked, and products are fresh.

Manage samples packs, report product issues, and support stock replenishment.

Maintain store cleanliness, store maintenance and visual merchandising standards.

Stay alert to prevent loss and report any suspicious activity.

✨Job Requirements

Minimum ’N’ Levels / ITE or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential.

Excellent customer service skills and good communication with interpersonal skills

Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).
