Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Maintenance of building infrastructure, exterior and interior
  • Repair and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures
  • Maintenance of lifts and cranes
  • Coordination and management of contractors
  • General upkeep of buildings and surroundings

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical
