Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer Bi-Monthly payroll
- Processing of work permits, employment pass and visa applications (including new, renewal and cancellation)
- Maintain attendance and leave records in the HR system
- Creation and maintenance of employee files
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as employee relations, payroll and benefits administration
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when required
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in a HR role in Marine / Petrochemical IndustryExcellent interpersonal and communications skills are essentialAble to work independently and an eye for detailsAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office applications esp. Excel and WordPeople oriented and team playerTell employers what skills you have
