Roles & Responsibilities

At Tessely, we’re building cutting-edge AI tools that help organizations turn scattered data into actionable workflow insights. Our goal is to automate the process of discovering, visualizing, and optimizing operational workflows, empowering teams to make smarter decisions faster.

We’re looking for a driven and versatile Software Developer Intern to help us prototype and build the core of our platform, turning research concepts into a functional, ready website.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the founder to translate research ideas into functional code and web prototypes
Main focus is on Figma, React, Node, Python
Build and maintain a responsive, user-friendly web interface
Develop integrations with data sources and APIs to generate workflow insights
Support the development of AI-driven backend components for automation and optimization
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to version control practices
Experiment with ways to visualize and deliver insights to end users

Hybrid setup – typically 2–3 days a week in office for collaboration, the rest remote

Flexible working hours – work on a flexible schedule – no strict 9am starts. You’ll manage your own time, with some team syncs scheduled in the evening (typically between 7–9pm).

What We’re Looking For

Education : Diploma (in progress) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (undergraduates are welcome too) preferred. Applicants from ITE with strong coding skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Technical skills : Familiarity with Figma, Python, Javascript. If you don’t have direct experience, a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt is essential.

Mindset : Self-driven, curious, and resourceful — someone who enjoys solving problems independently.

Soft skills : Strong EQ and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work in a startup environment.
