Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Gather requirements, design, test, and deploy ICT solutions and technologies.
• Lead IT-related projects, including scoping, solution presentation, and implementation.
• Interface with customer IT departments and technical staff to align ICT solutions with the customer environment (network diagrams, hardware / software specifications, IT security, etc.).
• Provide post-implementation service and support to customers.
• Support commercial and sales teams in RFPs, tenders, and proposals for IT-related projects.
• Collaborate with Product / Sales teams to ensure successful project implementation, including timeline, objectives, budget management, and hands-on execution.
• Communicate with solution business units in USA / Japan regarding enterprise and IT solution matters.
• Provide training to channel partners on enterprise / ICT solutions across Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, and Neurology products.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
