Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- The HR Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies.
- Working with various countries HR in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea to obtain the data required to support the analysis.
- Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
- Recommend metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency for various departments
- Build dashboard and models from data gathered
- Present reports from analysis findings and recommendation
Work Experience & Qualification
Undergrad Bachelor / Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalentAnalytical and have good sense with numbersSome experience working on data or business analysisProficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPointProficient in English and Chinese languageGood problem-solving and Presentation skillsAble to commit a minimum of 6 months from Nov / Dec 2025 (with short notice)Tell employers what skills you have
