Job Description :
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
- Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
- Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chillers, ACMV or HVAC systems.Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skillsGood team player with ability to lead and multi-taskPossess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantageWorking hours :
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5 : 30pm
