Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
Handle import & export custom permit
Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
Check origin / destination rate with overseas agent
Support Sales for quotation
Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior

Requirements :

5 working days

Working Location : Singapore

Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

Expect overtime on a regular basis
