Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in beauty, wellness, and
retail / outlet management .
Strong communication skills in both
English and Mandarin , to liaise effectively with English-speaking clients and Mandarin-speaking colleagues / customers.
Possess
leadership qualities , initiative, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Comfortable working on
retail hours , including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the
daily operations
of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Lead, motivate, and guide team members , fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Maintain and uphold the
highest standards of service quality
in line with the company's brand values.
Deliver
exceptional customer service , building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Attend to customer inquiries and provide
professional consultation
on suitable treatments and products.
Monitor and manage
customer records, purchases, and treatment history
accurately.
Conduct
follow-ups on post-treatment experiences
to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Drive
sales performance
by promoting treatment packages and products.
Perform necessary
administrative and reporting tasks , as required by management.
Carry out
ad hoc duties
assigned by the management team.
