Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise & lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.

• .Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.(must have knowledge with timber formwork / rebar work / cement work / tiling work / plaster work / bricklayer work).
• .Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings.
• .Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction peroid.
• .Producing site progress report to management.
• .Monitor and ensure subcontractor comply with specified requirements.
• .Identify and comply with all applicable staturtory / regulatory requiredments related to project.
• .Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.
• .Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
• .Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
• .Clear communication to external parties including client, .subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, .requirements and schedule by means or daily construction oversight.
