Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Student Support :

  • Assist groups of students under the guidance of classroom teachers.
  • Conduct guided reading sessions and lead group activities.
  • Support students with additional needs and help develop study and behaviour skills.
  • Supervise students during transitions, free play, and educational games.

Teacher Support :

  • Prepare lesson materials, games, and classroom displays.
  • Help organise classrooms at the start and end of terms.
  • Support teachers in monitoring student progress and participating in IEP reviews.
