Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Project Coordinator in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Project Manager to oversee site matters, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery of contract works.

• Coordinate and work closely with the Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest building codes and regulations
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors / suppliers
• Manage subcontractors / suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce company regulations
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works
• Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits / clearances

The ideal candidate should possess a recognized degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry. Additionally, strong knowledge of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit, and Microsoft Projects is required.
