Roles & Responsibilities
1. Localized Marketing Strategy & Execution
Gain deep insights into user needs, competitive landscape, channel characteristics, and cultural habits in Singapore and designated surrounding markets, and develop highly localized quarterly / monthly marketing plans.
Adapt and recreate global / regional brand messages, marketing assets, and campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and high conversion rates.
2. User Growth & Acquisition
Build and manage partnerships with local schools, educational institutions, tuition centers, parent communities, and industry associations to drive user growth through B2B2C models.
Identify and negotiate cross-industry collaboration opportunities (e.g., banks, telecom companies, children’s brands) to expand brand reach.
3. Offline Events & Ground Promotion
Plan and execute offline pop-up events, education seminars, and parental workshops in key regions to build authentic brand-user connections and directly acquire high-quality users.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on all key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns, such as lead volume, conversion rate, CAC, and LTV.
5. Regularly provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to headquarters, offering frontline insights for product and marketing strategy adjustments.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
2. Over 8 years of experience in marketing promotion or marketing management, with at least 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with experience in technology companies or the internet industry are preferred.
3. Proficient in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitor analysis, with the ability to provide decision-making support for the company’s marketing strategies based on market data.
4. Able to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns, including brand promotion, product promotion, and marketing communications, ensuring efficient implementation and performance evaluation.
5. Familiar with both digital and traditional marketing methods, with experience in social media management, SEO / SEM, and email marketing; capable of integrating online and offline resources for marketing promotion.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate team and cross-departmental resources to ensure timely completion of marketing projects and achievement of expected goals.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise effectively with external vendors, media, and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.
8. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use marketing analysis tools and software to regularly evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose optimization suggestions.
9. Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of preparing marketing analysis reports, promotional proposals, and collaborating with Chinese and Hongkong team members.
