Facilities Management & Maintenance
- Assisting Senior Facilities Coordinator who monitoring 4 site office buildings, required to travel to other site if required
- Responsible for office facilities, operations, and maintenance for buildings & premises.
- First responder to issues and willing to be on the ground support
- Liaise closely with various vendors, contractors, and management office
- Conduct daily floor walks to ensure all equipment and basic systems are up and running (M&E, eg : lights, acmv, plumbing etc..)
Admin Support Services
Assist in administration work, support, and ensure the smooth operations of the Office Management department.Support all Business Continuity Plan (BCP) work, building coordination, crisis and annual fire drills exercises.Assist with financial and non-financial, processes & administration of the departmentAssist to manage printing stationery materials etcManage and support functionality of office systems such as Room booking system, AV / phones / PowerPoints / wireless & motorised equipment troubleshooting and define root cause analysis.Follow up on expense approval process to ensure proper documentation and requisite approvals are in place.Monitor and track expenses and ensure timely invoice processing.Security Services
Ensure all premises are well secured & well maintained.Maintain and ensure a compliant Security Card Access & CCTV systemAssist in programming, tracking, monitoring, issuing ad collection of access cards / printing of access cards photo badges.Requirement :
