Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced RF / Analog IC Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RF and analog integrated circuits, with a focus on CMOS transceiver design for various applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance IC solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop RF and analog ICs, including CMOS transceivers, from concept to production.
Perform circuit simulations and collaborate with Layout Engineers to complete layout design.
Conduct testing and validation of IC designs.
Collaborate with system engineers and other team members to optimize performance.
Document design processes and results.
Understand and design sub-blocks such as LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.

Requirements :

Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in RF / analog IC design, particularly in CMOS transceiver design.

Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, EMX, HFSS, or similar.

Strong understanding of RF principles and analog circuit design.

Experience with designing sub-blocks like LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
