JR49447 Yield Enhancement Engineer (Evergreen)

Role Overview : As a Yield Enhancement Engineer , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical prowess to optimize NAND product yield. Your work directly impacts the reliability and performance of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Data-Driven Analysis : Dive deep into electrical wafer test data to identify yield issues.Utilize your data analytical skills to uncover commonalities and anomalies.Investigate root causes of yield variations.
  • Fail Mechanism Identification : Pinpoint the exact failure mechanisms affecting yield.Collaborate with process engineers to address these issues.Drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Fab Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels
