Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Associate Director to help build digital capabilities and scaling AI adoption across the organisation. This position will work on AI training delivery and helping user to structure and deliver AI projects.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of people leadership, AI expertise and training facilitation skills. You will be working with business stakeholders, learners, and technologists to drive meaningful outcomes in a fast-evolving environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. AI Tools Training

• Design, deliver, and refine engaging training programs on AI tools.
• Conduct professional and impactful training sessions that empower employees to apply skills in their daily work.
• Drive learner engagement, track training effectiveness, and iterate content based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous digital learning across the organisation
