AV Presales Engineer

Location : Tampines

hours : 9am to 6pm (Mon to

Fri)

Key

Responsibilities

Lead

product demonstrations, follow up on sales leads, and build strong

relationships with partners and suppliers

Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and

address concerns

Prepare and deliver

compelling sales presentations and internal reports

Ensure availability of AV equipment for demos and sales

activities

Manage quotations, purchase orders,

and pricing negotiations with vendors

Represent the company at meetings and industry

events

Work closely with management to plan

and execute AV projects

Create and review

schematic drawings and layout plans

Assist in

procurement of AV hardware / software and ensure project

readiness

Manage project timelines, logistics,

and equipment storage / transport

Perform

installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of AV

systems onsite

Execute electrical wiring,

trunking, and basic construction tasks

Commission and test devices including CCTV, ELV,

Bluetooth, and other AV technologies

Provide

pre-, during-, and post-project support including quality checks,

technical issue resolution, and user training

Maintain project documentation and liaise with finance

for billing and

costing

Requirements

Diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical &

Electronic Engineering, IT, or Computer Engineering

1-2 years of hands-on experience in AV systems and

technologies

Strong understanding of video

conferencing, broadcasting, signal flow, and control

systems

Familiarity with video editing

software, graphics, and encoding tools

Up-to-date knowledge of AV hardware, software, and

industry trends

Excellent problem-solving

skills and ability to work independently

Strong negotiation and communication

abilities
