Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented at all times
• Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall store objectives
