Maintenance Technician (Production Equipment & Plant Facilities)
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all production machinery and plant facilities.
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Respond to minor repair requests from various departments within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, TPM downtime, compressor running hours, hot work permits, and equipment checklists.
- Perform daily start-up procedures for production and facility equipment.
- Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facility systems such as air conditioning, sprinkler systems, plumbing, power, and lighting.
- Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
- Conduct weekly Single Point Lessons (SPL) to train production operators on relevant topics.
