Jobs Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Associates through regular weekly team meetings to support their professional development, discipline, and learning progress.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including planning and executing marketing initiatives to support departmental objectives.
• Ensure that Associates respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and leads assigned by the Company, and guide them in engaging prospective Clients with appropriate and competent design presentation.
• Assist and support the team in the preparation of quotations for fabrication works, ensuring accuracy in accordance with approved shop drawings and compliance with project specifications.
• Track and monitor Associates’ project pipelines, including prospective, upcoming, and confirmed projects, and submit consolidated weekly reports to Management.
• Oversee fabrication projects to completion, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating effectively with Clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage departmental operations, establish and review KPIs to drive continuous improvement, provide regular performance reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Build up the Sales Interior Designer team and guide them through proper onboarding, training, and continuous development to achieve departmental growth.
