- Lead and mentor Associates through regular weekly team meetings to support their professional development, discipline, and learning progress.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including planning and executing marketing initiatives to support departmental objectives.
- Ensure that Associates respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and leads assigned by the Company, and guide them in engaging prospective Clients with appropriate and competent design presentation.
- Assist and support the team in the preparation of quotations for fabrication works, ensuring accuracy in accordance with approved shop drawings and compliance with project specifications.
- Track and monitor Associates’ project pipelines, including prospective, upcoming, and confirmed projects, and submit consolidated weekly reports to Management.
- Oversee fabrication projects to completion, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating effectively with Clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage departmental operations, establish and review KPIs to drive continuous improvement, provide regular performance reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Build up the Sales Interior Designer team and guide them through proper onboarding, training, and continuous development to achieve departmental growth.
Requirements
A degree in interior design or equivalent.3 to 4 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in residential, hospitality, landed, or commercial projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, and project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.Technical Skills & Freehand Drawings.Please provide your resume, portfolio, and CV for applying for this position.
