Job descriptionCarry out regular maintenance and servicing of lifts Replace parts and perform basic repairs as needed Respond to and resolve lift breakdowns promptly Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in lift systems Complete inspection checklists and maintenance records accurately Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and company procedures Communicate with building management and customers on site issues or service updates Join a 24-hour standby emergency service on a rotating schedule Support installation and commissioning of new lift systems when required NITEC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or Built Environment (Vertical Transportation) preferred Candidates with basic electrical knowledge are welcome to apply, training will be provided Able to work on a 24 / 7 standby roster Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg .
