Responsibilities :
Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual (AV)
equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video
conferencing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve
AV issues during events, meetings, and presentations.
Install and configure AV systems in conference rooms,
auditoriums, and other venues.
Conduct routine
maintenance and software updates on AV equipment.
Provide technical support for live streaming, webinars,
and video conferencing platforms.
Ensure
proper cable management and equipment storage.
Collaborate with event organizers and IT teams to meet AV
requirements.
Maintain inventory records of AV
equipment and
accessories.
Requirements :
Higher Nitec in electrical / electronics or certification
in Audio-Visual Technology, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as an AV technician or similar
role.
Proficiency in operating and
troubleshooting AV systems, including soundboards and video
mixers.
Knowledge of video conferencing
platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Good communication and customer service
skills.
