Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilites

To ensure that the contractor co-ordinates the works of various contractors
To agree to detailed programmes of work-time chart and representation of site plans
To check that all necessary drawings and instruction have been given to contractors and authorization obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme
To check that materials are ordered in good time and permits obtained
To check that all construction works are carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure
To watch for faulty workmanship and materials incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectification

Requirements : -

Recognised Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with valid RE Accreditation Certificate from IES

Must have at least 5 years of post graduate experience respectively in supervising building projects.

Fully conversant with Building Contract Act and Regulations.

LTA / HDB Experience preferred.
