We are looking for a Finance and Accounts Executive who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting business decision-making across our entities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

• Analyze financial data to guide investment and resource allocation.

Financial Management

Monitor and evaluate financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

Accounting Operations

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.

Compliance & Reporting

Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (SG, PH, MY, and other relevant jurisdictions).

HR-Related Finance Functions

Support payroll processing and ensure proper handling of government contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, SSS, PhilHealth, CPF, etc.).
