Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and installation of property systems and facilities
- Manage vendors / contractors for sports facilities, façades, landscaping
- Monitoring, maintenance, issue resolution
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain records of maintenance, utilities, and contractor performance
- Support leasing team with technical aspects of amenities
