Job descriptionMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering / electronics engineering or equivalent Min 3 to 5 year experience in vision and developing windows applications for industrial / automation equipment using C#, WPF and .NET Framework. Able to develop rich and modern user interface. Experienced and good understanding on TCP / IP, RS-232, Camera interface and any of motion controller interface protocols. Knowledge in MODBUS, SECS / GEM and other industrial protocols is added advantage. Good in process mapping and software design concepts .NET
Roles & Responsibilities
Senior Software Engineer(Automation Vision and Gui Development)
Location : Woodlands Ave (Nearest mrt : Admiralty)
Salary Range : $4,000 - $6,300
Working Hours : 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain custom machine vision and GUI applications.
- Design machine vision algorithms for product quality inspection, process control, and manufacturing automation.
- Knowledge in deep learning-based vision solutions.
- Make decisions in ordering, building, and maintaining PCs and PC based GUI software.
- Configure vision systems (host PC, frame grabbers, cameras, illumination, motion control, interfaces, etc.).
- Analyze project requirements Design, develop and test the multitasking Windows desktop applications for industrial equipment.
- Understand and interface with third party embedded controllers using their APIs
- Optimize existing software to improve the performance and fix bugs.
- Provide technical support for the field.
