Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour required for MEP installations Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents
• Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders
• Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant
• Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims
• Finalization and closing out of project accounts
• Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process.
• Administer and manage contracts related to MEP works, including variations and claims.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Identify and assess potential risks to cost and contract issues.
• Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented in the Contracts Section.
