Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Handling collection, sorting and delivering of internal / external mails and documents
- Liaise with local courier providers to arrange for local and overseas courier services as requested by users
- Receive and record hand delivered documents and items
- Sort incoming postal mails for distribution
- Computing charges to client
- Administrative duties as assigned
