Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. The technician will also provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service calls and keeping detailed service records.
Job Description
- On site product commissioning, servicing and calibration
- Attend to technical complaint & provide technical support
- Perform servicing and repairs of kitchen equipments
- Carry out Preventive / Corrective maintenance and repair works on equipments
- General technical duties
- Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as and when is required
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 2 years relevant working experienceCandidate with kitchen equipment or refrigeration experience will add advantage.Possess WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH or Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (previously known as BCSS)Technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment (electrical and mechanical)Experience in troubleshooting and repairGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage service schedulesTell employers what skills you have
