What You’ll Do
- Create Engaging Learning Experiences : Plan, implement, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on our in-house curriculum.
- Support Holistic Growth : Foster a safe, creative, and nurturing environment for children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Innovate in Teaching : Adapt lessons with innovation and creativity.
- Collaborate and Connect : Work closely with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded learning journey for every child.
- Observe and Assess : Monitor developmental milestones and maintain open, regular communication with parents and guardians.
- Stay Aligned : Ensure compliance with school policies and Singapore's Ministry of Education regulations.

Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)Certified by ECDA as an L1 TeacherLanguage Skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken) required for classroom instruction, curriculum delivery and parent communications.Strong communication and classroom-management skills are essential.Salary Package and Career Growth
$2,600-$3,000Final salary based on qualifications, experience, and skillsetClear pathways to senior teachersSupport for further certificationsExperience & Expertise :
