Roles & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Create Engaging Learning Experiences : Plan, implement, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on our in-house curriculum.
  • Support Holistic Growth : Foster a safe, creative, and nurturing environment for children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Innovate in Teaching : Adapt lessons with innovation and creativity.
  • Collaborate and Connect : Work closely with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded learning journey for every child.
  • Observe and Assess : Monitor developmental milestones and maintain open, regular communication with parents and guardians.
  • Stay Aligned : Ensure compliance with school policies and Singapore's Ministry of Education regulations.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
  • Certified by ECDA as an L1 Teacher
  • Language Skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken) required for classroom instruction, curriculum delivery and parent communications.
  • Strong communication and classroom-management skills are essential.

  • $2,600-$3,000
  • Final salary based on qualifications, experience, and skillset

  • Support for further certifications

    • Experience & Expertise :

  • Well-versed in project-based learning.
  • Solid knowledge of educational development techniques and practices.
